Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and handling will be calculated at check out. Please allow 5-10 business days for items to be shipped. If item is not in-stock you will be notified and options will be given.

Returns and Replacement

At Gooddogbeds.com we want you and your loyal companion to be completely happy. If you and your pet are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund.

Simply give us a call and we'll put your new item on order. We'll have to charge you for the new item at that time but once we receive your returned item, we'll credit your account immediately for the amount of the return.

Replacement Parts

We usually will have replacement parts in stock (Outer bed, inner bag and foam) and they can be purchased through our website. Please email us with what you will need. Because our beds are made locally, replacement parts can be created with in days.

Our dog beds are made in the USA! Huntington Beach, California to be exact.
